Author Guidelines

Vocademica welcomes original, unpublished research manuscripts from academics, doctoral scholars, postgraduate researchers, industry practitioners, and policy professionals.

Format: MS Word (.docx) · Times New Roman 12pt · 1.5 line spacing · 1-inch margins

Length: Research articles: 4,000–7,000 words · Case studies: 3,000–6,000 words

Structure: Title page · Abstract (150–250 words) · Keywords (3–6) · Introduction · Literature Review · Methodology · Analysis/Discussion · Conclusion · References

Referencing: APA (latest edition)

Ethics: Authors must disclose conflicts of interest. Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism. GenAI use must be disclosed per Vocademica's published editorial policy.

APC: Article Processing Charges apply only after acceptance. Submission is free.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

Original research manuscripts. 4,000–7,000 words. Peer reviewed

Case Studies

Industry and applied research case studies. 3,000–6,000 words. Peer reviewed.
